PwT's early personalized digital transformation programs for our very first clients were designed based on our thorough assessment and understanding of their intrinsic capabilities, goals and unique business characteristics. In those early days, there was no AI, no fancy software and no shortcuts - only thoughtful analysis and handcrafted solutions.

An 80-square-meter office with three small rooms on the 7th floor marked our early days.

The simple setup was filled with a strong connection between PwT and the clients. Everyone shared a common goal: to create optimal solutions for each client on their journey to conquer their business goals.

The team worked tirelessly, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., day after day for months on end without a single break, standing by each client. The atmosphere was always intense and spirited, buzzing with the sounds of meeting and typing.

PwT pursued a purely handcrafted tailored technical partnership approach but quickly confronted the limitations. With the goal of making technology easy to understand and operate for every client, the team faced significant challenges.

The number of clients quickly exceeded our capacity, leading to constantly overwhelmed. To cope with the situation, we resorted to standardization.

However, we soon realized that a standardized approach contradicted our mission of spreading technology. Determined to stay true to our purpose, PwT embarked on a journey of innovation - one fraught with risks of failure but aligned with our mission.

We chose to step out of our comfort zone, and thus began PwT's AI-first integration.

Systematizing and simplifying complex concepts on the basis of digital transformation is PwT's core value. We believe technology should empower business to help clients understand, adopt, and apply technology confidently.

We extend the reach of digital transformation to clients in every region and country, encouraging them to embrace technology. Constantly adapting is a timeless driving force that fuels lifelong business growth. This is our mission, our commitment and the very essence of our pursuit.

Reality hit hard; AI integration was not as easy as we had envisioned. The technological solutions that are supposed to streamline clients' operation created even more problems and all reached dead ends. Clients found our AI technology counter-intuitive and difficult to use. PwT invested significant resources but yielded disappointing results.

During the most challenging times, the team remained steadfast in upholding its core values - the "client obsession". This led to the creation of the "PwT Principles" culture. It is a collection of principles that we believe will be unchanged.

PwT continued to stand by our clients, to learn and adapt.

Anchored by core principles, PwT steadily rebuilt and matured through consistent execution and accountability. We focused on strengthening internal processes, refining delivery models, and deepening our understanding of how clients actually adopt and operate technology in real-world environments.

As of November 2025, we achieved 50+ digital transformation cases. PwT evolved a structured yet flexible approach that combines strategic guidance, technical execution, and continuous capability transfer.
